Singer/Bea Wins Motion To Protect Startups In Uber/Waymo

The firm won another mission-critical motion for a pair of startup companies today, this time in the context of the ongoing Uber/Waymo litigation.  Judge Corley ruled that Uber’s subpoenas to the firm’s third-party clients were overbroad, and that the companies would not be required to provide information regarding a number of sensitive topics.  In the Silicon Valley world where stealth operation can be the difference between success and failure, this ruling once again shows how Singer/Bea delivers when everything is on the line.
